Ways to Help!

Below is a list of ways for people to support the Rochester Servant Event.  If you have any questions contact Michael Harvey (289-5147) or e-mail dceorange@gmail.com

Before:

– Print out our “Wish List”!  Find a copy by clicking HERE!

– Keep the event, planning team, participants and those we serve in prayer!

– Encourage others to participate and share this with friends

– Assist with creating and administering publicity materials

– Assist with maintaining the web and social media presence

– Assist with the coordination of work projects

– Assist in the coordination of needed work materials and supplies

– General Prep work – As need arises

– SEE A NEED IN THE COMMUNITY…RELAY THE ORGANIZATION OR FAMILY NEED AND CONTACT INFORMATION TO THE WEB SITE OR CALL CURT WALTER 951-7151.

Meals:

–  You can donate money toward a meal, donate time toward the prep of a meal or donate time to the serving and clean up.   If you would like to help in some way talk to Paul Lewis (208-2541) and he can help you find the best way to help.

Note: Meals are planned for more than 100 people

During:

– Keep the event, planning team, participants and those we serve in prayer!

– Help with the Sunday night kick off

– Help make sure people feel welcomed and at home

– Assist with the Check in (Sunday 3:30pm-6:00pm)

– Assist with food service

– Assist with Audio Visual needs

– Serve as a driver for a work group

– Serve as a chaser (get items to work teams)

– Assist with Food prep.

– Serve as a Prayer Warrior- Praying or talking with those that may be struggling

– Acts of Kindness helper- Work on ways that our teams can share God’s love through random acts of Kindness

Finish Projects
